The Krewe of Barkus, the Mardi Gras Dog Parade and Festival is coming to Downtown McKinney! On Sunday, February 15th from 12:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. This spectacular event will take place at Mitchell Park in Downtown McKinney.
This is an amazing event where the whole family can be invited, including your furry family members! In its 13th year of celebration, Krewe of Barkus Mardi Gras Dog Parade and Costume Contest invites you to see the creative dog costumes of these cute canines. The event promotes the rehabilitation and salvation of abused and abandoned pups.
The parade begins at 2:00 p.m. but the vendor expo opens before the race begins so that you can enjoy food surrounded by your friends and family! Mark your calendars because the Krewe of Barkus Mardi Gras Dog Parade and Festival is coming to McKinney!
